Cautions:

– Screws coated with locking fluid or sealant must always be replaced with new screws during reinstallation.
– Screws coated with a locking fluid or self locking nuts must be replaced with new when reinstalled.
– Always use new screws and nuts when angle tightening. Any exceptions to this rule will be indicated in the method.
– Only nuts and screws which are not self locking can be reused provided that they are in good condition.

Rear brake caliper in longitudinal stay, Joint, brace: Torque to 70 Nm
Brake pipe M10 with 11 mm wrench on the connection nipple: Torque to 14 Nm
Brake pipe M12 with 11 mm wrench on the connection nipple: Torque to 14 Nm
Brake pipe M10 with 13 mm wrench on the connection nipple: Torque to 18 Nm

Lower link arm in longitudinal stay: Torque to 115 Nm

Rear shock absorber to wheel knuckle: Torque to 115Nm
Shock absorber with nivomat rear to wheel knuckle: Torque to 225 Nm

Steering wheel lock in steering column: Torque to 12 Nm
Cross stay in subframe: Torque to 115 Nm
Cross stay in longitudinal stay: Torque to 115 Nm
Outer steering joint in wheel spindle: Torque to 50 Nm
Delivery line to steering gear: Torque to 18 Nm
Delivery line to power steering pump: Torque to 30 Nm
